Online Payments

We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards, and Paypal, via a secure server. The security of our customer data is paramount; our website is secure and complies with all guidelines.

Currency

All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£ or GBP). Payment is made in pounds sterling. Your credit card provider will automatically make the exchange for you, billing you in your own currency.

Duties and Local Taxes

VAT is charged on all products at the current rate of 20% for any orders shipped within the UK and Europe. VAT will not be charged on items shipped to the US and countries outside of the EU. Customers in countries outside the UK, should local taxes or duties be due, will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country.

Postage/Shipping

We charge £2.45 P&P on any order shipped in the UK

For parcels being shipped overseas the postal charge is £12.99

Damage in Transit, Returns and Refunds

In the event that goods are damaged during shipping please retain all relevant documentation and notify My Creative Spirit by e mail/post of the nature of the damage so that a claim can be made with the carrier. A refund will be processed/or replacement goods posted to you.

Where a product needs to be returned, My Creative Spirit will refund any postage charges incurred.

All personal information is retained in confidence and not shared with third parties.

We aim to provide the highest level of customer service. However in the event that you are not happy with the goods or service provided please contact mycreatvespirituk@gmail.com direct and let us have the opportunity to sort your problem out. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately, we will keep you informed of the steps we are taking to resolve it.
